Ryan, unfortunately, succumbed to his injuries. The burns were more extensive and deeper than originally thought. He went to the Lord the morning of August 7th.

Please pray for his wife, Dawn, and their four children as they cope with this unexpected loss.

AIM Air seems to be living the life of Job at the moment. Many of you know already about the crash on 1 August that severely injured mechanic Ryan Williams and claimed the life of pilot Frank Toews. There is more info on AIM Air’s website at http://www.aimair.org/page21/page21.html.

Please pray for the Toews family.

Please pray for Ryan’s recovery. He was severely burned over 70% of his body and is not in stable condition. He is in South Africa right now for treatment for his burns.

Job 1:20-21 reads: “Then Job arose, tore his robe, and shaved his head; and he fell to the ground and worshiped. And he said: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return there. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; Blessed be the name of the LORD.”

None of us understand what God is doing, but as Denny Dyvig our General Manager said in the first statement regarding the accident, “We are trusting God, with all of you, to show Himself to be good, even beyond our expectations and understanding of what good could mean, in a situation like this.”
